Eligibility for Refunds
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- Your proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Exchange Policy
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged,when you receive the products. After receiving the products please inspect and check the products carefully. If anything wrong please inform me immediately. I will give you a proper solution ingshaalloh.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the product.
Return Shipping
When you receive If the products are defective or damaged,i will responsible for shipping & return cost.If any Problem/fault from your side then shipping & return cost is your responsibility.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or refund, please contact with me. Please provide your order number, details about the product, and the reason for the return or refund request.
Warranty & Guarantee Policy
If any problem during warranty/guarantee period,contact with me,i will give you proper solution ingshaalloh.
warranty means -service charge is free but if need any parts then this is your responsibility to bear the cost of parts
guarantee means-service charge and parts both are free but at first try to solve the problem of the products,if failed to solve the problem then i will give you a new replace of the product.If i have the product in my stock then i will give immediate replacement. if not in stock then will import the product ,when it arrived then i will give you replacement.Importing time usually 30 days more or less ,but not fixed time.please keep patience and help me.
