Description
CITRIC ACID 40% is used during endodontic treatment for root canals irrigation. It improves mechanical cleansing of root canal.
In order to make the work easier and to make identification of product faster, we offer sets of labelled syringes ready to use with our products.
These are the highest quality syringes labelled with product name and colour code: color of the label on the syringe is adequate to the colour of the product label on the device.
This solution reduces risk of mistake and makes the product identification faster during work.
To increase safety of working syringes are equipped with luer-lock type thread that enables connection with needle by screwing it onto the syringe.
Luer-lock system is the best protection against accidentally spillage of the product during application. Rubber ring on the plunger ensures perfect control and smoothness of moving when taking and applying the product.
Bottle with adapter
As the only one producer worldwide we have introduced bottle with adapter making it easier to take the liquid into the syringe.
Screw end of the syringe into the adapters opening located in the neck of the bottle, tilt the bottle and draw the liquid directly into the dosing syringe.
It eliminates risk of the liquid spillage while taking the product.
With adapter you can use all types of disposable syringes available on the market – both luer and luer-lock type.

১.সমগ্র বাংলাদেশে হোম ডেলিভারি সার্ভিস,তবে পার্সেল বেশি বড়/ওজন বেশি হলে সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ারে দেয়া হতে পারে(বড়/ওজন বেশি এমন পার্সেল সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার অফিস থেকে নিতে হবে)
২.স্টেডফাস্ট(Steadfast) কুরিয়ার এর মাধ্যমে সারা দেশে হোম ডেলিভারি করা হয়।কারণ এই কুরিয়ার এর ডেলিভারি চার্জ সবচেয়ে কম এবং কোন প্রবলেম হলে কুরিয়ারের হেল্পলাইন/অফিশিয়ালস দের থেকে সহায়তা নেয়া সহজ।
৩.অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পরে অইদিনই কুরিয়ারে প্রডাক্ট দিয়ে দেয়া হয় সাধারণত। তবে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস বন্ধ হয়ে গেলে অথবা অন্য কোন কারণে অইদিনই কুরিয়ার করা না গেলে তার পরের দিন +/- দেয়া হবে।
৪. ঢাকার ভিতরে সাধারণত কোন অসুবিধা না হলে কুরিয়ার করার ১ দিনের মধ্যেই প্রডাক্ট পৌঁছে যায়,ঢাকার বাইরে সাধারণত ১ অথবা ২/৩ দিন লাগতে পারে। তবে যেকোন লোকেশনে কুরিয়ার/রাইডার/পরিবহন জটিলতা সহ অন্য কোন কারণে কিছু কম-বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে।
৫.শিপিং চার্জ ইনসাইড ঢাকা পার্সেলের ওজন ১ কেজি পর্যন্ত ৯০ টাকা,আউটসাইড ঢাকা পার্সেলের ওজন ১ কেজি পর্যন্ত ১৩০ টাকা,শিপিং চার্জ ইনক্লুডস কুরিয়ার ডেলিভারি চার্জ,পার্সেল প্রসেসিং চার্জ।
*পার্সেল বড় হলে এবং ওজন বেশি হলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ বাড়বে।সাধারণত বেসিক ডেলিভারি চার্জ পার্সেলের ওজন ১ কেজি পর্যন্ত ৯০/১৩০ টাকা,এরপরে কেজি প্রতি ২০ টাকা বাড়ে।
ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে প্রডাক্টের টোটাল বিলের ১% কুরিয়ারের কন্ডিশন চার্জ যোগ হবে।
ব্যাংক পেমেন্টে কোন কুরিয়ার কন্ডিশন চার্জ নেই।
৬. প্রডাক্ট আপনার লোকেশনে যাওয়ার পর কুরিয়ার এর রাইডার আপনাকে ফোন করে প্রডাক্ট ডেলিভারি করবেন,সম্ভব হলে অইদিনই রিসিভ করবেন অথবা আপনার কোন প্রবলেম থাকলে অন্য কাউকে দিয়েও রিসিভ করাতে পারবেন।রিসিভ করতে বেশি সময়/দিন দেরি করলে কুরিয়ার এর লোক প্রডাক্ট ক্যান্সেল করে প্রডাক্ট রিটার্ন করে দেয়,তাই কাইন্ডলি প্রডাক্ট রিসিভ করতে দেরি করবেন না।এরপরেও কোন কারণে হোম ডেলিভারি নিতে না পারলে আমাকে জানালে আমি পয়েন্ট ডেলিভারি এর ব্যবস্থা করে দিব।পয়েন্ট ডেলিভারি হল আপনার নিকটস্থ স্টেডফাস্ট কুরিয়ারের অফিসে যেয়ে প্রডাক্ট রিসিভ করতে পারবেন। এত এত সুবিধার পরেও গ্রাহক এর অনিচ্ছা/অলসতা/অনাগ্রহ অথবা অন্য কোন ইচ্ছাকৃত ভূলে প্রডাক্ট ক্যান্সেল হয়ে রিটার্ন আসলে কুরিয়ার চার্জ বহন করার দায়ভার গ্রাহকের।
৭.যদি দরকার মনে করেন, তাহলে রাইডার দাঁড়িয়ে থাকা অবস্থায় প্রডাক্ট খুলে চেক করে রিসিভ করতে পারবেন, কোন গ্রহনযোগ্য সমস্যা হলে অথবা প্রডাক্ট ডিফেক্টিভ হলে আমার সাথে আলোচনা করে অই রাইডার এর মাধ্যমেই প্রডাক্ট রিটার্ন করা যেতে পারে, সেক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে কোন কুরিয়ার চার্জ অথবা অন্য কোন খরচ বহন করতে হবেনা।
৮.অর্ডার করার পর কোন কারণে ক্যান্সেল করতে চাইলে অবশ্যই কুরিয়ার করার আগেই আমাকে জানিয়ে ক্যান্সেল করতে হবে।কুরিয়ার হয়ে যাওয়ার পরেও চাইলে ক্যান্সেল করা যাবে তবে সেক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার এর যে চার্জ আসবে তা বহন করার দায়িত্ব আপনার।
৯.যেকোন সমস্যা অথবা জিজ্ঞাসার জন্য সরাসরি যোগাযোগ করুন আমার সাথে। এমারজেন্সি হলে অভারফোনে ডিসকাশন করা যেতে পারে,এছাড়াও মেসেঞ্জার,হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ(01798686753) এ মেসেজ করা যেতে পারে।
